Position Summary Boynton Health, https://boynton.umn.edu/, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Temporary Student Health Benefits Specialist to support the Office of Student Health Benefits during the University's annual enrollment period. This temporary position provides exceptional customer service while assisting students, faculty, staff, and University partners with health benefit eligibility, enrollment, billing, and coverage questions. Working as part of a collaborative team, this position helps ensure accurate administration of student health benefit programs, resolves enrollment and eligibility issues, supports outreach activities, and contributes to a positive customer experience during one of the busiest times of the academic year. The Office of Student Health Benefits serves approximately 17,000 enrollees across the University of Minnesota system. This position requires the ability to work on-site throughout the temporary appointment and available to work from mid-August through mid-December or up to 67 working days. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. (up to 40 hours per week, no overtime). Key Responsibilities
