Job Description: Central State Hospital is seeking a full-time Plumber to join our team. This position will primarily work Monday - Friday, day-shift. Job Duties Responsible for plumbing duties in the construction, installation, alteration, maintenance, repair, remodeling or removal and replacement of plumbing. Plans and implements preventative maintenance program for plumbing lines, valves, fixtures, gauges, and equipment. Inspects plumbing lines, fixtures and equipment to determine necessary repairs. Responds to plumbing repair work orders and emergency requests as assigned. Repairs and replaces leaking lines, faucets, and plumbing apparatus and equipment. Installs plumbing lines and valves to boilers and heating equipment. Performs other duties as assigned to meet the demands of the department including plumbing, carpentry, flooring installation and repair, ceiling tile installation and repair, locksmith, landscaping, HVAC.
