Are you an Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are valued? Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. What You'll Do: * Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. * Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. * Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries. * Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments. * Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records. * Assist with month-end close and reporting. * Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure timely payment processing. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. * Construction industry experience preferred. * Experience with purchase orders, job costing, and vendor management is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
