This role supports the expansion of online SNAP/EBT capabilities by coordinating the application process for independent store operators, partnering with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide Independent Operators through the online SNAP/EBT application process, including forms, required documentation, and next steps.
• Track application status across multiple store locations and maintain accurate project trackers.
• Follow up with operators to obtain missing information, confirm submissions, and resolve outstanding items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including payment providers, delivery platforms, and government agencies.
• Prepare application packets, templates, instructions, and supporting materials.
• Monitor deadlines, identify roadblocks, escalate issues as needed, and provide status updates to eCommerce and digital teams.
• Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Support operator questions, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, administrative, or project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable following up with stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, shared documents, and basic project management tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and communicate them effectively.
• Experience in customer service, operations, retail support, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience with grocery, eCommerce, payments, SNAP/EBT, or franchise/operator support is a plus.
