Requirements

• Previous press brake operation experience required
• CNC press brake experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• CNC programming or setup experience is a plus
• Experience in structural steel or metal building manufacturing preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure products meet quality specifications
• Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Safely handle and move raw materials and fabricated metal parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with other fabrication and production duties as assigned
