What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order support
• Process quotes, order entry, order revisions, and order management activities
• Manage customer requests received through web platforms, email, phone, and other channels
• Enter and maintain orders within Oracle ERP systems
• Resolve order issues and drive timely customer solutions
• Generate sales order acknowledgments and support warranty order processing
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Entry, Order Management, or Sales Support
• ERP experience preferred (Oracle or SAP)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
