Qualifications - Assembler Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, production, or industrial assembler experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric power tools, and basic measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to install, align, and secure components accurately. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform quality checks and meet production standards. Ability to measure, cut, install, and work with various materials, including rubber seals, wiring, adhesives, and hardware. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting safety and productivity goals. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and safely handle materials as required.
