Requirements



  • Previous industrial maintenance experience required
  • Strong knowledge of metal stamping presses
  • Working knowledge of medium-voltage electrical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
  • Must provide basic hand tools
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality


Job Duties



  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical issues
  • Perform maintenance on metal stamping presses to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Complete preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Perform general building maintenance as needed
  • Follow all Lockout/Tagout procedures and company safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and production associates
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Complete all assigned work with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
