Location: Sewickley, PA

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Will need to be on call 1 week out of the month. During this time, you will receive a $120 stipend.)

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA certification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

What You Will Do

  • Respond to residential warranty service calls for HVAC systems installed in new construction homes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, thermostat, ductwork, and system performance issues.
  • Repair, replace, or adjust HVAC components including thermostats, capacitors, relays, motors, sensors, controls, and other system parts.
  • Perform warranty-related service work in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
  • Identify installation deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct system inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and within design specifications.
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners.
  • Complete service documentation, warranty paperwork, and work orders accurately using company software or mobile applications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.
  • Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal installation, construction, and customer service teams to resolve homeowner concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training on new HVAC equipment, controls, and technologies.
