This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warranty claims, automotive operations, dealer services, repair order review, business analysis, or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities



  • Review dealer parts and labor rate submissions for compliance with warranty policies and state regulations.
  • Analyze warranty data, dealer submissions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate directly with dealerships to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and comparative analyses for district and state-level review.
  • Track and maintain warranty submissions, labor rates, and operational records.
  • Generate weekly status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support warranty dispute resolution and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead submission review meetings and collaborate with internal teams on operational projects.
  • Perform data analysis using dealer management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Automotive industry, dealership, warranty, or repair order experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
