Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Available Shifts: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | Training Schedule: 2 days, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM

Dress Code: Business casual (jeans permitted with a professional shirt; no shorts, sandals, or Crocs)

Call Center Representative Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, contact center, administrative, or related experience preferred.

  • Ability to follow detailed scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines with accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Comfortably handle confidential information while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems, enter information accurately, and learn new software platforms.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer questions and provide appropriate responses.
  • Reliable and dependable with the ability to work scheduled shifts in a structured call center environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish communication skills are preferred and are eligible for additional pay consideration.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team performance goals.
