Pay Rate: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year | First Shift

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Previous Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or manufacturing quality leadership experience in an industrial environment
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting internal quality audits
• Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Minitab, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and precision measuring equipment, including CMM, Keyence IM, Romer Arm, and other quality inspection tools
• Experience performing root cause analysis using 8D, CAPA, NCR, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience supervising Quality Control personnel
• Experience with DoD/Military quality standards is preferred
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, stand and walk throughout the shift, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
