Our Values Respect | Belonging | Accountability | Transparency Department 4 Pav M Adolescent Psych Job SummaryUnder general supervision, performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support the mission of Denver Health's Nurse-Family Partnership home visitation program. Clerical duties include patient registration, insurance verification and billing, timely updating of all pertinent patient record demographic information, data entry; scanning of client records into OnBase, telephone answering and department receptionist functions. Administrative duties include general office operations, management of Epic (templates, schedules, and work queue) in a timely manner, registering and processing payment for all professional development on the team, monitoring availability of required professional development courses (internal and external) and notifying supervisor(s) when available, reporting, process Epic and external referrals (initial screen for eligibility, verification of demographics, and identify high risk referrals), monitor quality control of nurse led data entry and follow through with nurses as needed.
