Director, Marketing Communications - US Wound Care (Fort Worth, TX)

We're seeking a strategic, commercially minded Director of Marketing Communications to lead the communications, creative, digital, and media strategy for our US Advanced Wound Management (AWM) portfolio. This leader will shape how our brands connect with customers, elevate digital engagement, and drive business growth through impactful marketing communications. Reporting as a key member of the US Marketing Leadership Team, you will lead a team of marketing communications professionals, designers, and agency partners while collaborating closely with US and Global Marketing leaders to deliver best-in-class campaigns, digital experiences, and brand storytelling. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the US marketing communications strategy for the AWM portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, creative development, media planning, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, web, social, events, advertising, and promotional channels.
- Partner with global and US marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while tailoring strategies to meet local market needs.
- Oversee agency relationships, creative resources, and media investments to maximize return on marketing spend.
- Advance digital capabilities, including website optimization, marketing automation, and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled marketing.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of marketing communications, creative, and project management professionals.
- Manage creative production, asset governance, project prioritization, budgets, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner across the organization and contribute to broader business, talent, and growth initiatives as a member of the US Marketing Leadership Team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in marketing communications leadership.
- 2+ years of healthcare industry experience.
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing and digital strategies.
- Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative development, media planning, and digital marketing.
- Experience with marketing technologies, analytics, websites, and automation platforms.
- Agency, brand management, or creative leadership experience is preferred.
