Fuss & O'Neill's Manufacturing Solutions team is seeking a hands-on Industrial Services Specialist to help manufacturers throughout New England create safer, more efficient production environments. In this role, you'll support the full lifecycle of machine safety projects-from conducting machine risk assessments and developing practical risk mitigation strategies to designing, installing, and integrating custom machine guarding solutions with industrial control systems. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing equipment-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Electrical Safe Works Practices, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping clients build safer, more reliable manufacturing operations. Working with a diverse range of manufacturing clients, you'll combine both hands-on and field experience to solve complex machinery safety challenges. Whether evaluating existing equipment, assisting with the design of innovative safeguarding solutions, commissioning safety systems, or collaborating directly with client teams, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee safety, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
