Description
General Purpose The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the bank. This role develops and maintains financial and operational reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical models to enhance budgeting, probability, analysis, and performance measurement. Working collaboratively with finance, accounting, and business leaders, the Business Intelligence Analyst leverages data from multiple systems to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and provide actionable recommendations that support the Bank's financial objectives, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Working Conditions Working Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and multifunction printers. Travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations on a regular basis may be necessary. Additional requirements include semi-annual disaster recovery testing and occasional application updates on weekends or evenings. May include on-call, after hours, and weekends support when needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may have to lift up to 25.
