Responsibilities The Manager, Donor Collections manages blood collection operations across mobile sites and fixed donor centers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Primary responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise collection staff and supervisors across a variety of locations; hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate performance, and administer corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree strong preferred; additional experience may be required in lieu of degree. Related Experience:
Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to the requirements above that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job. Preferred Qualifications:

The proposed hiring range is $85,000 to $98,000/year.
