Position Summary Position Summary and Responsibilities The Operations Lead Person provides day-to-day leadership and operational support for assigned manufacturing areas. This position coordinates workflow, supports production schedules, mentors team members, monitors process performance, and helps ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, sound decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, planning, quality, materials, maintenance, and supervision.
