Position Summary Serves as a key resource supporting assigned Epic applications and end users. Works closely with operational teams to analyze business needs, troubleshoot issues, configure Epic solutions, and support system enhancements. Develops specialized knowledge within an assigned operational area (e.g., revenue cycle, inpatient, ambulatory) while ensuring solutions align with organizational workflows and Epic best practices. Knowledge & Skills
Education Bachelor's degree required. An Associate's degree with two additional years of related experience or a high school diploma/GED with four additional years of related experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree. Experience Minimum of one year of experience supporting or implementing Epic applications, including application configuration, template management, or system build. Additional experience in application support, operational analysis, user consultation, presentations, and end-user training is preferred. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
