Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, and manage daily tasks for a team of QA analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development
  • Oversee QA processes across IT validations or SIT, regression testing, and UAT phases
  • Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IT validations and system integrations
  • Execute and support manual testing efforts, including structured test scripts maintained in tools such as Jira Zephyr and Excel
  • Utilize Jira and Zephyr (optional) or Excel for test management, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management
  • Support and expand automated testing using Copado
  • Plan and coordinate regression testing cycles to ensure system stability across releases
  • Partner with business stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and service to develop UAT scripts, guide execution, and validate results
  • Translate business processes and requirements into effective test scenarios and coverage
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring clear communication with development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality standards
  • Establish and continuously improve QA standards, processes, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing test scripts for IT validations or SIT
  • Experience using Excel for test case and script management
  • Experience with regression testing and release cycles
  • Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Copado
  • Proven ability to manage QA teams and coordinate across multiple initiatives
  • Experience supporting UAT and working directly with business users
  • Good understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations, sales, and/or service environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools
  • Experience in Salesforce environments
  • Deeper domain expertise in manufacturing, sales, or service operations
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
