What to Expect The Parts QualityEngineeringTechnicianworks with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Production, Sustaining, and Supply Chain) throughout the entire lifecycle of a product (from initial design through prototype development and into full production).Her/His role consist of makesure the production line is quickly protected from parts quality related issuesthrough providingquick response to containment requests from production/quality teamswhile completingdocumentation for sorts and reworks(defining a proper method of inspection). The Parts Quality Technician communicateswith suppliers to expedite containment actionsand follow up with corrective action owners, collaborating on the RCCA processfinding, additionally,ways to reduce cost through inspection/rework method identification.
