What You'll Do
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Discovery across web, native app, retail, and AI-driven surfaces
  • Identify, design, and develop top-of-funnel experiences that convert interest into qualified leads, test drives, and orders at global scale
  • Improve search visibility and organic discovery so Tesla is findable and compelling across traditional and AI-mediated surfaces
  • Deliver dynamic, personalized content that adapts to customer intent and accelerates consideration
  • Shape how Sales Advisors capture and manage leads and test drives to ensure seamless first-touch experiences for customers and retail teams
  • Enrich customer-facing journeys with AI-enabled experiences that educate, engage, and reduce friction
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to deliver high-quality experiences that integrate seamlessly across the Tesla ecosystem
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve conversion, lead quality, and discovery performance
  • Lead and grow a product team to shape the future of discovery platforms
  • Write clear product requirements, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional execution on aggressive timelines while accounting for market localization needs

What You'll Bring
  • Product management experience owning consumer acquisition, lead generation, growth, or digital commerce with measurable funnel impact, including experience leading a product team
  • Proven ability to set strategy and roadmap across multi-channel experiences spanning web, native app, AI, and physical retail
  • Experience applying search, demand generation, and experimentation to improve discovery, conversion, and pipeline quality
  • Experience building AI-enabled or conversational customer experiences that improve education, engagement, or conversion
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ship software at scale and iterate rapidly
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and a bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to balance business goals with customer value and user-centered design
  • Strong product sense for simplifying complex multi-step journeys for both customers and internal sales users
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse global teams
  • Customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

    Expected Compensation
    $176,000 - $294,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
