NS2 Mission is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support mission-critical software development efforts within the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and help ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is passionate about Agile methodologies and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will support our team in the Northern VA area. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Program Managers, Release Managers, and development teams to remove impediments, manage sprint activities, and promote continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
