We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who enjoys understanding how

websites work from a business and user perspective - not just executing test cases. This role is

ideal for someone who is naturally curious, independent, and capable of identifying risks before

our clients do.

What You'll Do

* Understand project requirements and business goals to determine what needs to be tested.

* Create and execute comprehensive test plans without requiring detailed instructions.

* Perform contextual testing by evaluating how users actually interact with a website rather

than simply checking predefined requirements.

* Identify functional issues, usability concerns, content problems, accessibility issues, and

inconsistencies across browsers and devices.

* Verify integrations with third-party systems such as forms, CRMs, payment gateways,

authentication systems, and APIs.

* Validate responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

* Reproduce reported issues, investigate root causes, and clearly document bugs for

developers.

* Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and clients to ensure

successful project delivery.

* Participate in release testing and regression testing for ongoing website maintenance.

* Continuously improve our QA processes and testing standards.

* Test websites and web applications before they are released to clients.

Future Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing automated testing for our web applications. This includes evaluating automation frameworks, creating automated regression tests, and integrating automated testing into our development workflow.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience testing websites or web applications.

* Ability to think like both a business analyst and an end user.

* Strong understanding of how modern websites and web applications function.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

* Experience writing clear, reproducible bug reports.

* Comfortable working with multiple projects and shifting priorities.

* Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

* Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar

frameworks.

* Experience testing content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.

* Familiarity with browser developer tools.

* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and SQL.

* Experience testing accessibility (WCAG), performance, and SEO-related functionality.

* Experience with Agile development environments.

* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar project

management platforms.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

The ideal candidate doesn't simply verify that buttons work. They ask questions like:

* Does this workflow make sense to a first-time visitor?

* What happens if a user enters unexpected information?

* Are there business scenarios that weren't considered?

* Will this feature work correctly across different browsers and devices?

* Are there edge cases that could impact the client?

They proactively identify issues, think critically about user experience, and help improve the

overall quality of every project we deliver
