What You'll Do



  • Collaborate with a team of technical support specialists within one of the organization's largest service centers, supporting thousands of users.
  • Perform essential system administration tasks for desktops and laptops running various operating systems.
  • Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and technical support for a range of hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
  • Offer remote assistance and phone support to efficiently resolve user issues.
  • Manage the deployment and reclamation of computer equipment, maintaining accurate records within the asset management database.
  • Document all work thoroughly in designated internal tools to ensure clear communication and historical tracking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to all employees, fostering a positive and productive experience that keeps the organization running smoothly.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field AND/OR a minimum of 1-3 years of recent experience providing technology support in an enterprise-wide internal service center environment.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • A working knowledge of PC technical support for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
