Position Details: Mercy Hospice RN Community-Based Float Nurse - Washington, MO/Lincoln County & More Hospice RN - Evening/Night Shift - 40 hours a week - Shift: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice RN to join our team for an evening/night shift. This position runs from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM, providing critical support to our patients and team. What to Expect: Primary Hours of Activity:Most patient visits occur between 4:30 PM and 10:00 PM. Overnight Coverage:From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, the workload is typically lighter and consists mainly ofurgent needs. This role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy and want to make a meaningful impact during critical hours while enjoying a predictable schedule. Must be a licensed driver. A current RN license in the state of Missouri. BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association required. Recent hospice or long term care experience preferred. Experience with issues related to death/dying and bereavement preferred.
