Position Title: Payroll Tax Associate Work Location: St. Paul, MN, 55112 \| North Chicago IL 60064 Assignment Duration: 3 Months Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Description We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience. Skills: Previous work with state agencies Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations Has multi-state tax experience Microsoft Office Suites (Excel) Communication: Clear and effective communication Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed Education: High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience Preferred: Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing Attention to detail Fast paced Project exp- testing exp Education- HS diploma Payroll exp Minimum no of years of exp- 2- 3 years Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings Possible extension
