T-Rex Solutions is seeking to hire a qualified Test Integration Lead to support our DISA JITC TEC II program. This effort is to support DISA's mission to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.

The Test Integration Lead will serve as a senior technical integrator within our test team, responsible for harmonizing test and evaluation standards across five National Security programs. Leveraging extensive expertise in Test and Evaluation, this expert provides critical QA/QC, technical, and task management support to the Test Manager and Task Leads. They will focuson elevating the quality and consistency of test processes by mentoring teams on the development of milestone briefings, test plans, and evaluation reports. They will ensure high standards for data collection methodologies, analytical rigor, operational realism, and secure execution of all test activities. Ultimately, this role translates complex technical data, test anomalies, and system performance into high-impact, clear operational assessments, providing senior leaders with the trusted insights necessary for critical deployment decisions.

Responsibilities:



  • Track, drive, and perform rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) on program-wide OT&E tasks and deliverables, directly supporting the Test Manager and Task Leads to ensure test plans and execution scenarios maintain high operational realism.
  • Ensure executive-level operational assessments that translate complex technical data, anomalies, and system performance into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor evaluation teams through complex data analysis, stress-testing data collection methodologies to ensure results are mathematically sound and operationally relevant.
  • Support the evaluation of secure voice and data pipelines under simulated threat conditions to validate operational survivability and compliance.
  • Oversee the integration of sensitive cryptographic systems, keyed assets, and secure communication networks throughout the testing lifecycle


Requirements:



  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience, including at least 4 years at the field grade officer, senior warrant officer, senior NCO, or civilian equivalent (e.g., O4/CW3/E8/GS-13) level supporting the Department of War (DoW).
  • T&E Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience.
  • Education: Master's degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related technical field (or a bachelor's degree with 6 additional years of relevant experience).
  • Mastery of T&E methodologies, test design, and statistical data analysis.
  • Exceptional technical writing and briefing skills tailored for senior military and civilian stakeholders/leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary test teams, engineering specialists, and security personnel in high-pressure environments.
  • Unwavering commitment to maintaining operational security, system integrity, and analytical excellence across all test programs.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph


Desired Skills:



  • 10+ years of National Security Systems experience.
  • Communications Security (COMSEC) operational or testing experience.
  • Formal Government or DoD-approved COMSEC Custodian / COMSEC Management training.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or GSLC) or IASAE Level III architecture certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP).
  • Defense Acquisition: Demonstrated mastery of DAWIA T&E Level III standards (or equivalent GS-14/15 military/civilian T&E experience and training

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
