Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and program participants. Teach engaging swim lessons using the YMCA of the USA swim curriculum (for Swim Instructors). Qualifications A minimum age of 16 years Current certifications in: Lifeguarding CPR/AED First Aid Oxygen Administration OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!) A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
