Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to oversee our office's day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office systems, manage administrative staff, and provide support to senior management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Atlanta (Marietta)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage daily office operations and procedures, including scheduling, purchasing of direct and indirect supplies, invoice processing, cycle counting, filing systems, and supply inventory.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
  • Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Other duties as required by Manager


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator/Mgr, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency with P2P system use (Coupa, Medius, BuySmart)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools (e.g., ERP/SAP, CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.


Working Conditions:



  • Office-based role, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or attend events.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37,380 USD - $47,380 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
