TEKsystems is partnering with a fintech company to support hiring for an experienced recruiter in Austin, TX. This position with primarily support local and national hiring for sales and business development professionals. Applicants with prior experience in high volume req pipeline and recruiting sales roles are encouraged to apply. Description In this role, you'll partner with leadership to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. Your duties will include advertising positions, screening candidates, preparing for interviews, and extending offers to candidates. You may also be required to maintain applicant tracking systems, like Greenhouse, and assist managers and hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions. This position should have a demonstrable track record in hiring talented revenue generating candidates. Outstanding sales recruiters study metrics to track recruitment successes and identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process. * Managing high volume, full-cycle recruiting for entry to Director level revenue generating roles; Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, and Onboarding. * Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers. * Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process. * Designing eye catching recruitment marketing campaigns. * Advertising sales jobs via suitable recruitment platforms and networks. Qualifications * 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience- ideally with-in sales or business development recruitment * Experience working with external clients with competing priorities and deadlines * Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills * Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships across functions and levels * Industry knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications * Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools as needed; proactive in learning independently * Proficient in recruiting ATS platforms; preferably Greenhouse * Internal and external negotiation skills Additional details: * Hybrid position in Austin, TX- 3-4x onsite * Contract-to-hire opportunity * 6% bonus potential once perm * full benefits and 401K option Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
