About This Role

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction is seeking applicants for a Teaching Assistant Professor (1.0 FTE, term, 12-month) to teach courses as appropriate and facilitate international collaboration with K-12 schools in Latin America. The position works closely with and supports the mission of the Global Education Outreach office housed within the department.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:




  • Ph.D./Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience in international remote service-learning experiences for domestic teacher education candidates. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with university faculty and administrators. The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.
