The Personal Trainer requires flexibility to work up to 18 hours/week. The pay rate is $19.00/hour or more depending on skills, certifications and experience. KROC CENTER MISSION In keeping with the mission of The Salvation Army, The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center provides facilities, programs and services that strengthen, encourage and enrich children, adults, and seniors through positive life-changing experiences. SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Personal Trainer's purpose is to provide fitness programming specific to the goals and ability level of the client. Personal Trainers are expected to provide one-on-on, two-on-one, and small group training sessions that are 60-minutes in length. Also, office equipment including a computer, telephone, fax machine, copiers, printers and projection machines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Nationally-recognized personal training certification from NSCA, ACSM, or NASM. Other certifying bodies will be considered. First Aid, CPR and AED Certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
