Job Description Pay: $25.75 Shift: Night Responsibilities: Safety: * Ensure correct use of all required PPE and adherence to all dept and plant safety rules at all times. * Escalate any safety concerns to the Team Performance Lead or Supervisor immediately. Quality: * Ensure quality standards are achieved and proactively take actions to minimize scrap, prevent spoilage and avoid any potential customer returns. * Adhere to documented processes including, but not limited to order measurement specifications, color standards, positive release requirements. Production: * Work safely and efficiently to achieve daily shift production targets including footage, set up and order yield targets. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong mechanical, communication, and math skills. * Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and pass a color vision test.
