ICU | Emergency Department | Progressive Care/Stepdown Practice at the Highest Level of Nursing Are you an experienced critical care nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex clinical problems, and values variety in your practice? Join Mercy's Critical Care Float Pool and bring your expertise where it is needed most. Our team supports the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Progressive Care units, providing highly skilled nursing care to some of the hospital's most acute patients. This is not an entry-level float position. This role is designed for experienced nurses who are confident in their clinical judgment, adaptable to changing patient needs, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
