Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant warehouse or shipping experience
• Commercial shipping experience using FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers preferred
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
• Experience completing bills of lading, commercial invoices, and CMUSA forms
• Understanding of prepaid, collect, and third-party billing terms
• Sit-down and stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience using MRP and ERP systems
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to read work orders, safety procedures, and shipping documents
• Strong math, documentation, and inventory-control skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items require assistance
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to pass required equipment certification

Job Duties:

• Process domestic and international shipments
• Prepare shipping documents and carrier paperwork
• Pick, pack, label, consolidate, and stage orders
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping methods
• Enter inventory and shipment information into the ERP system
• Report damaged products and inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with cycle counts
• Secure freight to prevent damage during transportation
• Cross-train in receiving, picking, and general warehouse functions
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
