Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Technical training in welding, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus Welding certifications are preferred but not required Ability to pass a welding test Experience Requirements 2-5+ years of welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding Flux-Core welding experience is a plus Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday Manual dexterity to operate welding, measuring, and fabrication equipment Ability to work safely around heat, sparks, noise, and industrial machinery Visual ability to inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy Job Duties Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols Fit, align, and weld piping, structural steel, and pressure vessel assemblies Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and welding procedures Measure finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and cutting tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve fabrication issues Support pressure testing, inspections, and final assembly activities Benefits: Weekly Paychecks: On time, every time-like clockwork.
