Engineering Support Technician

• High School Diploma required
• Associate degree or technical training in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology preferred

• Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Experience with product testing, inspections, and precision measuring tools such as calipers and rulers

• Support engineering projects, product development, and process improvement initiatives
• Perform hands-on testing and validation activities
• Collect, analyze, and document test data
• Conduct product and process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams

• Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to use standard office and technical equipment
• Strong visual and communication abilities in a manufacturing setting
