Now Hiring: Material Preparation and Saw Operator Location: Beverly, MA Job Type: Direct Hire \| Full-Time Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with long-term stability and growth? This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, material handling, saw operation, warehouse operations, forklift operation, metal processing, or machine shop environments. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to expand their skills. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and store metal bar stock using forklifts and material handling equipment Process inventory transactions within the ERP system Set up and operate manual and automatic saws Perform material preparation, heat treating, cryogenic treatment, and deburring operations Follow written work instructions and quality standards Deliver materials to stockroom and production areas to support manufacturing operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, machine shop, or material handling experience preferred Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days (training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic computer skills and ERP experience are a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment Benefits* Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by employer and are confirmed at the time of offer.
