Job Summary $10,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance available.This position provides clinical leadership for inpatient pediatric physical therapy services and selected adult acute care service lines. The Clinical Specialist partners with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice, staff development, quality initiatives, and patient outcomes across both pediatric and adult populations. While the specialist maintains expertise in pediatric practice, a substantial portion of clinical and leadership responsibilities are dedicated to adult inpatient services. The role includes responsibility for pediatric services as well as designated adult medical and surgical inpatient populations. Candidates should have interest and expertise in caring for patients across the age continuum within an academic acute care environment. Summary An advanced practice therapist who demonstrates clinical expertise in the rehab area of their discipline. Acts as a clinical resource with advanced level competencies. Develops and implements advanced level, rehabilitative programs. Therapy treatments in accordance with Standards of Practice, applicable state licensure regulations, and departmental and hospital policies, to a variety of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age.
