Job Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator will support research activities across two primary areas: the SPARC-XP study (50%) and the JASPer-MH Study (50%).SPARC-XP Study Responsibilities: *Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from study participants *Coordinate and schedule participant study visits *Conduct and lead study visits in accordance with protocol *Collect, manage, and organize study data while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data integrity JASPer-MH Study responsibilities *Facilitate participant recruitment and prepare recruitment tracking reports *Communicate regularly with study team members to support study coordination *Assist with participant communication, scheduling, and remuneration *Contribute to literature reviews and manuscript preparation The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining compliance with research protocols and institutional guidelines. No Essential Functions -Assists with determining the suitability of study subjects and acts as a resource for patients and families. -Has input into recruitment strategies and may contribute to protocol recommendations. -Administers scores and evaluates study questionnaires. -Maintains research data, patient les, regulatory binders, and study databases. -Performs data analysis and QA/QC checks and organizes and interprets data. -Assists with preparation for annual review and assists PI in completing study reports and presentations. -May assist with training and orientation of new staff members.
