Job Summary Clinical Social Worker, LICSW/ LMHCPsychotherapy/ Part Time - 24 hours per week Revere MA Health Center, MGH *Flexible and Hybrid work schedule available (would include both onsite and remote work). *Sign-on Bonus ($10,000) available for LICSW (for eligible non-MGB employees)! ABOUT THIS JOB: *The mental health department at MGH-Revere seeks a skilled and independent clinical social worker to add to our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians serving the health center's patient population. *The ideal candidate would have a strong, quality-driven work ethic, experience in providing clinical care to adults and children, be proficient in multiple modes of psychotherapy, have awareness and sensitivity to multicultural issues, be able to negotiate psychosocial problems inherent in our patient population, work well with other members of the clinical team and health center staff, and be committed to the mission and values of the organization. *Additional language proficiency is desirable, Spanish language skills beneficial given our diverse patient population. *This position largely involves providing individual psychotherapy to patients with a diverse range of diagnoses. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Social Worker II: Clinical Experience in a medical setting 2-3 years required Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker [LICSW - State License] required Behavioral Health Counselor II: Master's Degree Related Field of Study required Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - State License] required Related experience 3-5 years required and Demonstrated experience working successfully with people of various backgrounds and lifestyles in a manner that engages ongoing self-reflection and continual learning required and Experience negotiating, advocating, and navigating systems required
