We are seeking a talented Territory Sales Manager - West Coast to join our Specialty Timepiece Division at Fossil Group. In this role, you will lead sales performance across your assigned territory, strengthening relationships with key customers and partners, and pursuing new business opportunities to grow volume within the traditional watch and jewelry channel. The ideal candidate will have proven account management skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for traditional timepieces.


What you will do in this role:



  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including scheduling store visits, analyzing sales trends, recommending assortments, monitoring stock sales, and tracking purchase order shipping and inventory levels.
  • Pursue new accounts to expand the territory's overall annual sales volume.
  • Deliver hands-on training, merchandising, and marketing support to key retail partners.
  • Partner effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Brand Management, and Marketing.
  • Travel routinely throughout the territory and attend industry trade shows to meet with existing customers and prospective clients.


Who You Are


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the traditional watch and/or jewelry industry, with established specialty retail relationships in West Coast markets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with accounts, with hands-on experience managing a portfolio of 45+ retail accounts across multiple brands.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and retail math proficiency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% throughout the assigned territory.


Preferred Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Prior SAP experience is a plus.
  • Candidates residing on the West Coast or in Dallas, TX strongly preferred.

Pay Range Disclaimer: In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the expected base salary range for California residents performing this role is $80,400 to $100,600 per year. This range reflects our good-faith, reasonable expectation for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation is individualized and depends on factors such as relevant work experience, candidate skills, qualifications, and specific work location.
