The Project Manager (PM) works with the Connection sales subsidiaries to successfully deliver medium to large moderately complex projects. The Project Manager utilizes independent judgment and discretion while following a predefined project management methodology to deliver all projects. The PM creates, controls and drives project execution utilizing the appropriate pre-defined project management lifecycle methodologies. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for project communication and ensures all phases of the project are followed. The Project Manager may also assist clients and the sales team in planning, scoping, scheduling, and determining project requirements during the pre-sales phase. The PM is also responsible for contributing to the development of the team by mentoring less experienced project managers.
