Role responsibilities: Ensure accurate, timely and compliant SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K/Q, Forms 8-K, earnings releases, proxy, registration statements, and other critical filings. Reviews and completes consolidation of global results for the Company's subsidiaries. Ensures accuracy of financial information communicated externally, including through investor and rating agency presentations. Directs accounting for the Company's stock compensation programs worldwide. Establishes accounting policies and analyzes and implements new FASB and SEC rules, regulations, and interpretations. Reviews significant new partnerships, contracts, new products/services, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and novel situations for the appropriate accounting, valuation, and integration planning considerations. Responsible for valuation of intangible assets such as goodwill, software, and customer relationships, including the related impairment testing. Financial Reporting, including:
