The Senior Product Readiness Manager is the point person for understanding and driving readiness of change that is occurring within Workiva AI and Data Management and explaining that impact within CPX and the roles within the org. This role plans, monitors, and documents all progress of the AI and Data Management launch program and ingestion of change to include into ongoing training programs. The Senior Product Readiness Manager develops and maintains internal team processes focused on enabling peers, improving operational eciency, and achieving company, regional, and team goals. Responsible for highly complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation, analysis, collaboration, innovation, problem solving, judgment, decision making and influencing others. Interprets, evaluates, communicates and provides input to company and department policies. Well versed in AI and data management frameworks, regulatory parameters and participates in ensuring compliance. What You'll Do Strategic Launch Management
