The Opportunity

Our Northern Alberta Mackenzie Operations team is looking to add an experienced Field Administrative Associate to the team in Manning, AB.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role supports a wide range of day-to-day activities, coordinating with others to address departmental or interdepartmental tasks, and becoming a go-to for department information and support.

What you'll do

  • Prepare, coordinate, analyze and report on team monthly/annual budgets and forecasts

  • Assist team members on company programs and processes (i.e., SAP, Teams, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, LMS/Success Factors, Power BI, Workday)

  • Coordinate meetings, training, and offsite events

  • Create requisitions, process vendor invoices

  • Create/maintain/report LMS Success Factors (Learning Management System) team profiles

  • Track and plan required training for team

  • Assist with new hires, change of status completions, and maintain time entry

  • Prepare reports and presentations required by management

  • Manage and maintain confidential information

  • Maintain facility file structure

  • Prepare and submit expense reports for team

  • Alberta One Call Emergency Calls (forward to applicable Technician to respond)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 years of related administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong MS Office computer skills

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Post-secondary certification in administration

  • Experience with SAP, workday and LMS
