Position Highlights

The Site Coordinator leads the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Family Resource Center (FRC) programs and services that support families with children ages 0-5 in preparing for kindergarten readiness and lifelong educational success.

Working collaboratively with the Program Director, this position provides leadership for daily site operations, supervises program and childcare staff, oversees program delivery, and ensures services are implemented in alignment with program objectives, funder requirements, and industry best practices. The Site Coordinator evaluates program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, develops and implements operational and programmatic improvements, and cultivates strategic partnerships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand outreach and strengthen community impact. This position serves as a key resource for staff and community partners and contributes to program planning, community engagement, and initiatives that advance the mission and goals of the Family Resource Center.

Ninety percent of a child's brain development occurs before kindergarten, making the early years critical to future learning and success. Family Resource Centers empower parents and caregivers to serve as their child's first and most important teachers by providing education, resources, and supportive services that promote healthy child development and school readiness. Through welcoming, community-based environments, families have opportunities to connect with one another, access valuable resources, and engage with staff trained in child development, family engagement, and parenting practices.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
