As a Social & Digital Marketing Specialist at Foley, you will play a key role in developing and executing the company's digital content strategy across social media channels and the corporate website. This position is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing engaging content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Compact Construction team, you will develop content strategies and editorial calendars, create compelling multimedia content, including video filming and editing, and ensure timely execution across digital platforms. You will monitor social media activity, engage with audiences as appropriate, and leverage performance data to optimize content and drive measurable results.
This role serves as the primary point of contact between content authors, subject matter experts, company leadership, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and impactful. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills, a passion for digital storytelling, and a data-driven approach to content performance and continuous improvement.
What you will do:
  • Day-to-day creation of content that aligns with strategy and publishing for all digital channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. This will include on-site (i.e. jobsite) filming.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated content calendars that balance needs across business units (internal and external), but is focused on the Compact Construction segment.
  • Report and help assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives using analytics platforms.
  • Assist in the development of content strategy for all digital channels.
  • Coordinate content creation leveraging agency partners and internal resources.
  • Maintain messaging and branding consistency across digital channels.
  • Help develop and oversee execution of social media strategy, ongoing content development, coordination of multiple business line execution, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate monitoring of key social media sites and appropriate response to customers with inquiries, concerns or comments.
Our ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in marketing, communications, or digital media with 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to create and design on-brand solutions including paid social media campaigns, traditional digital media campaigns, email marketing, eCommerce, and other digital brand collateral.
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media strategy and how to use these channels inventively.
  • Working knowledge of creating assets for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Working knowledge of how to use CMS, in particular Word Press.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a deadline driven environment.
  • Graphic design experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
