Customer Service Representative

Turbo Technicians, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions company, is a fast-growing nationwide service company specializing in speed oven, coffee and espresso technology. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field personnel and deliver exceptional service to our national and local clients. The ideal candidate has experience in phone and email customer service, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound service requests via phone and email from national and local customers
• Create and manage work orders using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely entry
• Coordinate with dispatch agents to schedule technicians and provide customers with accurate ETAs
• Obtain work approvals and follow up on open service requests to resolution
• Update customers and client partners on service status, delays, and completions
• Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure service requirements are met
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Lead as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in a team environment
• This position will require a drug test and background check
